Zandvoort aan Zee

So today it's just the two of us. The weather was very promising, so we set out for the strand.







At least, after global warming has taken its toll, we'll be able to look back fondly on that unseasonably warm spring on the Nordsee Küste.

We saw this fish guy in the morning as we set out down the beach.

I was a bit disappointed when i couldn't catch a glimpse of him on our way back in for lunch, when all of a sudden, like the ice cream man, he pulls up in his tractor. I thought i was a bit underdressed for the beach side herring stand... But this is Holland! The business is brisk (and sometimes bottomless).
